Tamsin Napier-Munn is an inspirational speaker, facilitator and catalyst for change, known for activating women’s voices and influence in rooms that matter most.
Her work is rooted in lived experience, commercial credibility and a deep understanding of what holds capable women back - even when they appear confident, accomplished and successful.
Tamsin has always struggled with self confidence - but continues to build it - one courageous step at a time. Having navigated trauma, breakdowns, divorce, financial crisis, entrepreneurship and failure, while bringing up her son as a single mother, Tamsin knows what it means to lose your voice, lose yourself, and to question your worth - to rebuild from the inside out.
For years, she wore the armour, carried the responsibility, held everything together and performed confidence.
While battling anxiety, self-doubt and asking the exhausting questions:
“Who do you think you are?”
“Am I really enough?”
Now, those experiences are the foundation of her purpose: To find her voice, speak her truth and inspire other women to do the same.
For more than 40 years, Tamsin has built a strong sales career in fashion, publishing, advertising, IT consulting, entrepreneurship, and public speaking - learning how to communicate, influence and connect in high-performance environments.
As host of the Women in Business Awards for six years, she stood beside hundreds of brilliant women.
Capable, accomplished and powerful — who were still questioning their value, waiting to feel ready, or holding back their voice in the rooms where their wisdom was needed most.
She recognised it because she had lived it. That is why Tamsin’s work is not about surface-level confidence or teaching people to be louder.
