Tamsin Napier-Munn is an inspirational speaker, facilitator and catalyst for change, known for activating women’s voices, confidence and influence in the rooms where it matters most.

Having navigated trauma, breakdowns, divorce, financial crisis, entrepreneurship, failure and reinvention, while bringing up her son as a single mother, Tamsin knows what it means to lose your voice, question your worth and rebuild from the inside out.
For years, she wore the armour, carried the responsibility, held everything together and performed confidence — while battling anxiety, self-doubt and the exhausting questions:

For more than 40 years, Tamsin has built a career across publishing, advertising, IT consulting, entrepreneurship, sales and public speaking — learning how to communicate, influence and connect in high-performance environments.
As host of the Women in Business Awards for six years, she stood beside hundreds of brilliant women — capable, accomplished and powerful — who were still questioning their value, waiting to feel ready, or holding back their voice in the rooms where their wisdom was needed most.
She recognised it because she had lived it. That is why Tamsin’s work is not about surface-level confidence or teaching people to be louder.
