Women of Influence® is not just a leadership programme.

This programme addresses what often sits beneath underperformance, hesitation or invisibility: self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of judgement, low self-worth, lack of self-advocacy, overthinking, burnout, imposter feelings and the internal stories that keep brilliant women quiet in rooms where their voice is needed.

Because the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves become the foundations of our self-confidence. When those stories shift, behaviour shifts. Voice shifts. Presence shifts. Influence shifts.

Women of Influence® creates the space, stretch and structure for women to recognise what they are truly capable of - then practise becoming it.

Through Tamsin’s unique approach, participants are challenged to:

This is not about fixing women to perform leadership.

The 3-Part Transformation

  • Participants explore who they are, what they stand for, what they bring and where they have been holding back. This phase challenges self-doubt, perfectionism and outdated beliefs, replacing them with greater self-worth, personal agency and certainty.

  • This phase focuses on confidence in action. Women develop executive presence, self-advocacy, communication strength and the ability to contribute with more authority in meetings, presentations and pivotal conversations.

  • Participants learn how to influence through storytelling, courage, clarity and conviction. They practise making ideas more compelling, challenging constructively and gaining greater trust, buy-in and respect – strengthening allyships

Stand & Deliver™: Courage in Motion

A signature part of Tamsin’s method is Stand & Deliver™ - a powerful mechanism for building courage, confidence and gravitas through real-time practice.

Women do not just talk about speaking up.
They practise doing it.

They learn to hold attention, express ideas clearly, use their voice with impact, manage emotions, tell stories and communicate in a way that influences how others think, feel and act, confront without being confrontational, and create advocates

This is where confidence becomes embodied.
This is where visibility becomes valuable.
