The 3-Part Transformation

Participants explore who they are, what they stand for, what they bring and where they have been holding back. This phase challenges self-doubt, perfectionism and outdated beliefs, replacing them with greater self-worth, personal agency and certainty.

This phase focuses on confidence in action. Women develop executive presence, self-advocacy, communication strength and the ability to contribute with more authority in meetings, presentations and pivotal conversations.

Participants learn how to influence through storytelling, courage, clarity and conviction. They practise making ideas more compelling, challenging constructively and gaining greater trust, buy-in and respect – strengthening allyships

A signature part of Tamsin’s method is Stand & Deliver™ - a powerful mechanism for building courage, confidence and gravitas through real-time practice.
Women do not just talk about speaking up.
They practise doing it.
